Unlimited Leaves Policy

At the time of need, we are there to support you. We follow an unlimited leave policy but all our employees are strongly recommended to take a minimum of 24 leaves in a year. We offer maternity leaves of 26 weeks and paternity leaves of upto two weeks.

Best-In-Class Medical Insurance

We understand medical emergency does not knock on the door and ask what level you are at. Therefore, we have one policy across levels which includes parents and has a sizeable sum insured.

Immediate Bonus Payouts

When bonus is for past performance, why should we hold on to paying the money to our team? We pay our bonuses twice a year with no lag between mid-year / year-end and bonus pay-outs.

No Cut-Off Date For Annual Raises

Even if you joined us a day before our annual raise cycle, you deserve a proportionate raise. Therefore, we eliminated the cut-off date criteria in our performance appraisal.

Regular Team / Social / Sports Events

We believe in the saying that people who work together, eat together, and play together will stay together. Our social committee team is quite aggressive when it comes to organizing parties and team events.

Work Life Balance

To offer optimal work life balance for our employees, we follow a hybrid work model, and each team decides on how often theyโ€™d like to meet in the office. We also offer an internet allowance and a work-from-home allowance to support a hybrid work environment.

Rotation Opportunities

We offer rotation opportunities to our employees to work alongside our clients onshore. Our clients have also made multiple visits to our office to provide trainings and for leadership visits.
